In today's episode of The Daily Pursuit, hosted by Tim Tebow, we explore Proverbs 23:18 through the story of Alexander Mackenzie — who named the river that failed to take him to the Pacific the 'River of Disappointment,' not knowing it would become the second longest river system in North America — as a picture of how our setbacks often contain more than we can see when we're only looking at the label we put on them. Tim challenges listeners to name one past failure they're still letting define their present, give it to God, and ask Him to show what He might be doing through it that they couldn't see before. If you’re looking to deepen your faith through daily Scripture, guided prayer, and moments of quiet reflection, we invite you to explore more on the Pray.com app. Join Tim Tebow as he helps you pursue God’s Word each day and discover additional resources designed to strengthen your walk with Christ.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
