Today’s prayer

Written prayer

Dear Lord, As we meditate on our own proclivity towards anger, we ask for You to cultivate self-control in our lives. Grant us the wisdom to resist temptation and to maintain a steadfast spirit, even in the face of adversity. May we be slow to anger and quick to forgive, knowing that kindness and patience are characteristics that please You. We pray for Your guidance and strength to overcome any obstacles that may come our way, leaning on your love and power to carry us through. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
