My God and my Father, today I will cast all of my cares and concerns onto You. I give to You everything that is weighing my mind and heart down. Help me to seek You when clouds begin to form in my day. Allow me to praise You as the rain starts to fall and guide me when the winds begin to rage. I know that I can find peace in You even in the darkest of days. You provide comfort in every area of my life. I rejoice in Your Word today as You allow me to find peace among all of the ups and downs. Amen.
