Today’s prayer
Written prayerHeavenly Father, You have considered my heartache and have acquainted Yourself with all my grief. You have kept every tear I have ever shed. You know my frailty, and don’t hold it against me. May the tears I cry be the water that supplies growth in my life. Cultivate my heart like a garden, and tend to my soul like a budding tree. I want to grow from my grief, Lord. I do not want to wallow in self-pity. I want to be transformed and be made stronger. Help me, Lord. I know You can.
