Today’s prayer
Written prayerHallelujah! I declare my liberty in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Thank you Lord, for setting me free from the bondage of sin and death. You laid down your life and shed your blood for me on cavalry. You purchased me back from the tentacles of the enemy and called me into your glorious kingdom of love. I will stand fast against the wiles of the enemy who is out to kill, rob, steal, and destroy. I can feel the anger that wants to punish me for escaping his deception and finding safety through the blood of Jesus Christ. He wants to pull me back into his control and rob me of my new life and liberty. I declare my independence from every work of darkness and submit my life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, King of the universe. He has made me free from guilt, shame, depression, suicidal thoughts, anger, anxiety, fear, and every other tormenting thought he can sling at me. I am now a free and independent person to live upright before my lord and savior. I choose to yield to the sovereignty of my Lord and his healing touch. His love is amazing. I rejoice in my freedom on this Independence Day. In Jesus name, amen.
