Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, you see our hearts clearly, and you know how easily pride takes root. In every victory, you are the one who gives strength, yet we are quick to believe the whisper of our own greatness. Keep us aware of how fragile our confidence can be when it rests on ourselves. Teach us to hold our achievements loosely and remember that every good thing comes from your hand. Strip away pride that blinds us. Keep us from trusting in our own strength or leaning on our own wisdom. Soften our hearts, Lord, and remind us that it is your grace that has carried us this far. Renew in us a spirit of humility—a deep awareness of our dependence on you. May we serve not for recognition or gain, but for your glory alone. Let our surrender become our strength, and may our lives reflect the light of your love in all we do. Amen.
