Dear Lord, You are a mighty tower – a strong and reliable fortress when I am in need of shelter. You have proven time and time again to be faithful and reliable. Your power alone is worthy of worship. You display mastery over nature, nations, and the heavens. You also have authority to enact judgment on me for my sins, but instead You have shown abundant mercy. You are my defender and not my accuser. You are my advocate, friend, and hero. Praise be to You, oh Lord!
