Today’s prayer
Written prayerFather, you are Love in its purest form. You love unconditionally and completely. The more I spend time in your presence, the more I realize how much you love me, and the more I want to love others the way you love me. But, I see how limited and conditional my love is. Forgive me, lord, for often being petty and selfish. There are still broken places in my life in need of restoration that make it difficult for me to love unconditionally. Enlarge my heart and capacity to love. I want to love like you, Lord. Pour your healing over those broken places in my heart and fill me with your love. Amen.
