Today’s prayer
Written prayerWhen I realize how much my sin hurts you, my heart is broken. The last thing I ever want to do is disappoint you, yet I do every day. I don’t know why you continually extend grace to me when I fail you. As hard as I try to get it right, I still react badly. Help me, lord; be pleasing in your sight. Give me the strength I need to overcome the sin that comes against me. Save me from the grip of the enemy who attacks without warning and knocks me off balance. Forgive me when I mess up. Thank you every day is a new beginning with fresh mercies. Help me do better today. Amen.
