Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, you are the light of the world. It is your light that shines into darkness and gives me eyes to see what I couldn’t see before. You are not hiding treasures from me but for me. There are riches in secret places your light will expose for me to discover. When you called me out of darkness, I became a precious treasure in your kingdom; like a sparkling jewel in your crown to shine forth your love. You opened my eyes to the gifts you placed in me and gave me value and worth in your sight. Help me bring forth the treasure in others so they will know you are Lord. Amen.
