The prayer
Written prayerFather, I am grateful that when I was once Your enemy, You still sought me out with love and kindness. In a world that’s broken and full of darkness, You shine a light. Help me when I am frustrated at the world’s brokenness. Grant me compassion when I am bitter at people who have done me wrong. Empower me to overcome all the evil in my life with goodness and mercy. I trust you, Lord. Thank you! In Jesus’ name, amen.
