The prayer
Written prayerDear Father, I rejoice in your goodness for botting out all my sins from your accounting book. The debt that I owed you because of my sins has been cancelled. You are the only one who can forgive my sins and erase them from your ledger. I know I deserve punishment for my sins but you chose to show me mercy along with your boundless and eternal love. You are surely a God worthy of praise, honor, and glory. May your name be forever glorified for the greatness of your mercy. I exalt your holy name and proclaim your goodness throughout the generations. Let all those who hear of your goodness turn to you and find mercy for their sins as well. Thank you that my debt is paid in full and you will no longer remember them or hold them against me. Because I am forgiven I no longer have to fear punishment and your pardon restores my relationship with you from this day forward. Glory Hallelujah! You are my gracious Lord and savior. I love you more than words can express for what you have done for me. I am forever grateful for your kindness.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
