Today’s prayer
Written prayerLord, help me accept your purpose for my life and be content. Keep me from envying others who have greater material blessings, or from longing for a more public platform. Help me govern my conversations and bless others. Keep me from jealousy and negativity. Help me be grateful, I am your child and you have given me the greatest gift of all- eternal life. You are always with me and will never leave me. I have all I need in you. Teach me to walk humbly with you and pursue your eternal rewards. This world is not my home – you are. Amen.
