Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, You are patient and full of mercy, yet righteous in Your judgment. You command the heavens and the earth, and all creation bows before You. We come humbly, aware of our frailty and our tendency to stray. Too often, we try to control what belongs only to You. Pride blinds us, and rebellion hardens our hearts. Forgive us, Lord, when we resist Your will. Soften our spirits and draw us back to Your grace. Teach us to trust Your justice, even when we do not understand it. Remind us that Your mercy is greater than our sin and that Your love never fails. Help us walk humbly, turning from rebellion and sincerely seeking Your ways. May our lives reflect Your compassion and truth. Let us live as people of grace, extending forgiveness as freely as we have received it. Amen.
