Dear Lord, I realize that I have nothing to gain and everything to lose by retaliating and seeking revenge. Yet my heart can still turn to pettiness, pride, and piousness when I am wronged. Center me in Your peace, Lord. Grant me supernatural patience toward those who have hurt me, and remind me of the abundant grace You’ve bestowed upon me.
