Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, tonight I pray that You would quiet my mind so I can hear Your voice. As I lean into slumber’s embrace, I submit my thoughts to Your will. I do not want to be stubborn or assume I have all the answers to life’s questions. Your word alone holds power for perfect peace and sobriety. Speak clearly to me, Lord, amidst culture's loud and chaotic clamor. Grab my ears and make me listen, for I know Your voice will give me serenity and relaxation. Drown out the noise of the world so I may focus solely on Your word. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
