Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Father, please release any negative feelings from my heart tonight. It is certain that I will encounter unfavorable people or situations as my day unfolds tomorrow. Some people may try to put me down and bring anger to my heart. Allow Your light to shine within me when I am faced against any force that repels me against You. Help me to show others the peace and joy that comes from loving You. Allow my thoughts to be at peace and rest in Your Word when any feelings of anger begin to arise. Let my words and actions towards others be a reflection of Your love so that they can clearly see Your shining light within me. Amen.
