Morning Prayer on Revelation 12:10

I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now the salvation, the power, and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ has come; for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them before our God day and night.

Today’s prayer

Written prayer

Heavenly Father, today, I think of my heart and mind as a radio tuning in to a particular frequency. I want to be mindful of the frequency that I choose to receive. I want to pay attention to what I’m hearing, what I’m thinking, and what I’m saying. I will not tune in to the frequency of Satan—the accuser. I will not listen to his lies. I will not entertain the harmful and destructive things he tries to say to me. I will not accept his condemnation. I will not live in guilt and shame over past sins that have long been forgiven. I will not be filled with fear or dread of the future. Your Word says he has been cast down, defeated. He has no power over me. You have triumphed over him. Hallelujah! I choose to tune in to Your frequency, God, to hear what You are speaking to me. I want to hear Your truth—what You say about me and everything that concerns me. Your Word—that’s what I believe. That’s what gives me hope and peace and freedom. I confess today that my “air waves” are clear, my ears are open, and my heart is positioned to receive whatever You would speak to me.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
