Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Father, Thank you that I don't have to get caught up in the pressure of last-minute shopping, or all the parties and decorating to celebrate the festivities of this season. You lead me to rest beside the still waters. I hold your love in my heart and carry your Peace wherever I go. I have the gift of Jesus living in me and quietly rejoice amid all the turmoil surrounding me. Lord, comfort those who don't know you and those who are suffering from loneliness. So many feel lost at this time of year. Shine your light into their darkness and bring them Peace. Reveal yourself to them and comfort them. Amen.
