Written prayer"Dear Lord, We thank You for the reminder of Your mercy and love that calls us to be kind and forgiving. We confess how often our hearts grow hard, and how easily we hold on to hurt. Soften us, Lord, with Your grace. Teach us to show compassion even when it is difficult.
Help us to forgive as freely as You have forgiven us. Remove every trace of bitterness and resentment that keeps us bound. Fill our hearts with love that sees others as You see them—broken yet beloved, imperfect yet redeemed.
Let our words bring healing and our actions reflect Your peace. Make us tenderhearted toward those who need comfort and patient toward those who need grace. May we carry the spirit of Christ into every relationship, every conversation, and every moment. Thank You, Lord, for Your forgiveness that makes us whole. Amen."
