Evening Prayer on Psalm 55:22

Lord, I ask tonight that You silence the voice of the enemy. I want all the anxieties and worries that plague my mind to be drowned out by the hushing sound of Your voice. My heart is disquieted, and my body is tense. Release me from that tension and teach me to trust in Your tender love. I cast my burdens onto You, for You care for me. I release My nervousness to You and give up control. Quiet my mind and comfort my soul tonight. I want to rest in the arms of the Almighty, calmed by the quiet voice of grace. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
