Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear God, The Lord of heaven and earth, You preserve us from our own sin and corruption. In Your love for us You turn away from our wickedness and accept us with open arms. The enjoyment that comes from repentance is a blessing beyond measure! Though we do not deserve it, You are faithful to forgive us when we turn towards You. How wonderful it is that we can come before You in prayer, confessing our sins and failures, knowing that we will be welcomed into Your everlasting arms. We praise You for Your faithfulness and love, and for the joy that comes from repentance.
