The prayer
Written prayerLord, if I would ever encounter an angel I don’t know what I would do. That experience would be too wonderful for words. The hebrew word for “Secret” means “wonderful.” Being in the presence of the Lord's angel is so transcendently wonderful no name can be uttered. The mysteries of your kingdom are beyond my comprehension. They are too wonderful for words. My finite mind is limited and holds on to what I can see and touch. But the spirit world is more real than anything I can see in this world. This world is passing away and I am a trespasser here. I am only passing through on my way to my eternal home in heaven. This life prepares me for the glory ahead of me. This is where I learn to exercise my authority and learn the power of God’s word to overcome adversity in life. There is no adversity in heaven so this world is my training ground for battle and learning how to rule and reign in the mighty name of Jesus. I am like a soldier in the training camp of the Lord learning discipline, authority, strategies of the enemy and how to win in battle. Teach me the truth of who I am in Christ and the power of who you are in life. I pray these things in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
