Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, I will praise you for all the great and wondrous acts of kindness I have watched you perform on my behalf. You're the only one worthy of all my praise and admiration. You are the tender lord of my heart and the wisdom of my ways. I will serve you and only you all the days of my life. You are my strong tower and I will cleave to you at all times. In good times I will praise you, and in the troubled times I will praise you, for I know your desire is to only do me good. You take even those things that are meant for my destruction and turn them into blessings and empower me and give me greater strength. You have my best interest in mind at all times, and are working out a beautiful plan for my life beyond anything I could imagine for myself. I look to you my heavenly father and run to your open arms for shelter from the storms of life. Where you are is where I always long to be. Your name is above all names and the only name I swear by. I pray all these things in the name of Jesus, Amen.
