Today’s prayer
Written prayerLord, I know that You are the Creator of all things! Because You have already planned out my Life, I will not allow myself to be disheartened when I am led to give birth to my dreams in undesired circumstances. Like Jesus, my calling isn’t determined by my surroundings but is determined by my anointing. With this truth guiding my life I thank You that when You bring forth Your promise through me You will also bring people like Simeon to me to confirm what You’ve spoken over my life. I will not despise the location of my beginnings because I know that where I currently am isn’t where I'll end up. Like Jesus, You’ve called me with a purpose and I’ll shine bright no matter where I start because with You Lord I know that my finish line will be glorious.
