Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord Jesus, You are the author of truth – the very Word of God! When I refuse to live honestly, harboring my sins in secret, I deny the work You want to do in my life. It is impossible to live a lie and honor You at the same time. Give me the courage to live transparently before You and others. Refine me as I confess my sins and shortcomings. Cause me to grow as I seek to live more honestly in this world. Help me to let go of any false image I’ve made for myself. I want to be the authentic, flawed, and loved version of myself that You’ve created me to be.
