Midday Prayer on John 6:35

Dear Lord, You are our provider and sustainer, the giver of all that we truly need. Just as You fed Your people in the wilderness, You nourish our souls with the bread of life—Your very presence. We confess that we often seek fulfillment in lesser things. We chase what fades, forgetting that only You can satisfy our deepest hunger. Forgive us, Lord, for trusting in what cannot sustain us. Teach us to turn to You daily for strength and renewal. When we walk through seasons of scarcity or doubt, remind us that Your provision never fails. Fill our hearts with faith to depend on You completely. You are enough, Lord—our portion, our provider, our peace. May we hunger only for Your righteousness and find our joy in You alone. Amen.
