Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, we come before you with hearts that drift more easily than we admit. You reveal your ways, yet we often choose our own path, hoping for comfort instead of committing to your truth. We confess how quickly we lose sight of your holiness and how easily we fall into devotion that is divided, distracted, and uncertain. We need your guiding hand to steady us. Unite our hearts so they may be fully yours and no longer pulled in different directions. Teach us to surrender our will and to follow you not only with our words but with faithful and consistent action. Give us loyalty that does not waver. Help us look to Christ, our true King—the perfect model of courage, humility, and obedience. Strengthen us to live as His followers, to reject compromise, and to stand firmly in your truth. Give us a heart devoted to your ways and a spirit ready to serve you above all else. Fill us with the courage of Christ, who leads us in faithfulness and love. Amen.
