I have always been taught that the days are literal because of the phrasing at the end of each day "so the evening and the morning were the ___ day". [22:45] (5) I am having difficulty reconciling David's actions (particularly with Bathsheba and Uriah) with what he says about himself and his life in 2 Samuel 22:22-24. What rationale would David have used to say such things in his time? [31:44] (6) My wife and I were discussing the Bible and a question about the Rapture came up. When people are taken, will those left behind remember those who are taken or will their memories be erased of those taken? [49:44] (9) One way Billy Graham described faith was “believing and receiving what God has revealed in this Book… in nature… in conscience.” I always hear “believe and receive”, but what does it mean to “receive”? What’s the difference between believing and receiving? [54:47] 10. My question is..Matthew 4:10 and Luke 4:8 ,Jesus says to worship God the Farther. Not to worship him (Jesus). So I wonder if singing, talking, kneeling etc. is worshiping only Jesus when we say His name only and not the one who sent Him- the Creator of all things.. the begining and the end.. the almighty GOD.
