The Arrest of Jesus - Death to Life - Matthew S7E2

When Jesus was arrested, four different responses were on display: surrender, misguided obedience, betrayal and outright rejection. In this message from Matthew 26, Pastor Joby walks through the arrest of Jesus and the lives of Jesus, Peter, Judas and the soldiers. Each one forces us to ask the same question: which

chair are we sitting in? Jesus wasn’t captured because He lost control. He willingly surrendered to the Father’s will and took another step toward the cross so that anyone who puts their faith in Him can go from death to life. 📌 Supplemental Resources From This Week: • Deepen Podcast • Testimony Video • This Week’s Full Service • Matthew Season 7 The Church of Eleven22® is a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.
