Surrendering to God's Plan and Purpose 0:03 We wanna honor God because he sees everything.0:11 You were born with a plan and a purpose. He's the god of all things possible. He's the god of all0:23 miracles.0:53 Welcome to Grace Grace with Naina Michelle. I'm Michelle Humphreys.0:56 And I am Naina Keegan. Welcome to our broadcast. We have a very special guest. This is actually part two. So if you haven't seen part one, you need to go watch it. We have a great guest with us today. Michelle, you1:08 wanna do the honors?1:09 We have just been delighted to have pastor Frankie Mazepika. He is from Celebration Church in The Woodlands, Texas, and he has two books,1:21 at least two books, your divine invitation and ignite your life. And he he walks in signs and wonders, and his church body does as well. Welcome, pastor Frank1:33 Mazapika.1:34 Mazapika. That's a tough one. I know. It's a mouthful.1:37 Twister. But you actually said it perfect, so it's good1:38 on you. Yeah. Thank you for inviting me. I'm really happy to be talking with you guys. I've heard so much about this1:49 program, this show. And before we actually got on air, I was just mentioning to you that I'm so impressed, so impressed. Shows like this that2:01 are so successful can only happen with God resting on it. So I celebrate you guys.2:06 Oh, thank you. We received that. We we were,2:10 it's all glory to God, as2:11 you know. Apart from him, we can do nothing, and we mean that. Amen. So, so pastor Frankie, do you wanna touch a little bit about your, how you were2:23 saved? About... What's your testimony on that? Do you have a... Your salvation story?2:28 I tell you what, I I will walk you through it. I'm gonna start at the end and then go back to the beginning. I'm in, full time ministry, obviously. I'm a pastor. But, you know, so often2:40 times people wonder, should I start a ministry? Should I I start a life group? Should I go into the ministry? And my answer to2:52 all those questions, is you don't volunteer for the ministry. You don't go in the ministry because you want to. You don't start a life group because you want to. You do it3:04 because you have to.3:06 Amen.3:06 And so I tell people all the time, don't ever go into ministry because you want because you won't last very long.3:12 It needs to be like, fire,3:14 shut up in your bones.3:16 Right. Yeah. You you gotta say, I have to do this. Yes. I have to do this. I I will not be, happy at the end of my life if I don't do this. Like, I have to do this. And3:27 so I'm start... I'm answering your question by starting at the end.3:31 I love that.3:32 But, you know, I'm a preacher's kid, and I've always wanted to go into the ministry. But just like many of your viewers, you know, just hit some skid marks in high3:44 school. I remember coming home from a party my senior year, and I think I got home at two or three o'clock in the morning. And I was sitting at the end of my bed, and I told3:56 God, I have experienced the best this world has to offer. I I mean, there wasn't anything that I hadn't tried. And I told God, I4:08 said, alright. You know, if this is the best the world has to offer, I I don't want anything to do with it.4:16 Wow.4:16 And, I went to sleep that night, just nothing really. There was no really, like, line in the sand or anything like that, but it was kind of the starting of a new journey.4:29 A few months later, I was walking around a a bar. It was called the Handlebar, and, that's where you go if you, you wanna get plastered and, and meet people. And, I was walking4:41 around the bar and, late at night and, I told God, Okay, whatever you want. Whatever you want. And I had always dreamed about making a lot of money and4:52 then playing golf all day. But I just told God, you know, just whatever you want. Whatever you'd want. And it's very interesting on, on what God does whenever you say5:05 whatever you want. And when I remember saying that, I was like, I don't even care if it's big, meaning, you know, comparatively to what you're doing in other people's life. I just5:17 wanna, I just wanna partner with you doing something, anything. And, you know, when you don't compare yourself to others, you can really receive the satisfaction5:34 journey started, and, the journey continues.5:39 I love that. You know, when you surrender all, like you did, you just take... Just God, whatever you got, whatever it is, that's pretty huge because you don't know what's coming when you say those things. And, you know,5:51 do you have to... You have to be, I believe, so ready because as5:57 we know, both you and5:58 I, you know, there's a fair amount of warfare that comes along with when you're working for the Lord, and it can be tough, really tough a lot6:07 of times. And so, do you ever think that sometimes, that you go through difficult times maybe ahead of the call so that you kind6:19 of,6:21 God sees what you're made of, for lack of better terms, like, that that he knows that you are gonna, like, go through it, you're gonna get to the bottom of it, you're not a quitter. You know, do you think there's a6:31 certain type of personality, or what do you think of that?6:35 Yeah. I feel like every season is preparation for the next season.6:40 Yeah. Amen.6:41 And and I also believe that, you know, all of hell is watching and all of heaven is watching, how we're responding in the moment. And to be6:53 fair, there's, there's some days where we feel strong, we got muscles on our teeth and lightning in our veins, and then there's, there's some days where we just don't want to get out of7:05 bed. Exactly. But, you know, to think to ourself, hey, whatever I'm going through right now is preparing me for the next season. And, you7:17 know, we talk about seasons a lot, and, you know, we're well aware of when a season starts, but we have to remember that seasons end too.7:27 Mhmm.7:29 In Daniel two twenty one, it says that he starts the seasons and he stops seasons. He wasn't talking about spring, summer, and winter. Mhmm. He's talking about seasons of our7:41 life. And so there are times where he says, alright, you know, I love you, but we're gonna go through a season. It's not for nothing. It's preparing you for the next season.7:52 So let's go ahead and do this. And so when we're in those moments of, I don't wanna get out of bed, you know, we just back up and we say, man, God's... He... You're preparing me for8:04 something. And I think the key through getting through those seasons is to constantly say, thank you for the season that's coming. Thank you for the season that's coming. Thank you for the season8:16 that's coming. Thank you for getting me through this season. Thank you for getting me through this season. It sounds repetitive, but we have to remember that, you know, angels have been going around the throne for8:27 hundreds of thousands of years saying the same thing over and over. And so when we say something over and over again, as long as we just say it with more passion than we just said it, it's just a8:38 sweet aroma in His presence. And God moves us through seasons quicker when we're praising him.8:45 Amen. Amen. Well, we are going to go to a break. And when we come back, we're going to continue with pastor Frankie Mazapika. And, wow, I could listen to you all day long. It's10:09 it's amazing. You know, I like what you were saying about, just thanking him, just continue to thank him in these seasons. And we like to say, you know, every trial has a10:21 first day and a last day, but God's there every day. And sometimes you're looking at this trial and nothing has changed month after month. And I know Michelle and I both have been10:33 walking through some difficult things here lately. But, you know, we... It's gonna end. It will come to an end because he's so faithful. And so, we know that,10:46 times in this world right now are not gonna get easier. It's really not. You know, when we look around us and we see sentences we would not have even uttered, you know, like like people saying that, you10:58 know, God's got all these non binary, all these gender, all these crazy things that people are saying that wouldn't have been sentences people would have even said even five years ago or ten years ago. So what do you11:08 think about that? What do you think, you know, as far as, like, end times right now? What is what is your thought about things and difficult things in seasons?11:17 Yeah. I really like how you worded that that, God never promised that things were gonna get easier. Yeah. And in fact, when you you look at biblical prophecy,11:29 there's no prophecy that says, hey, as time goes on, things are gonna get brighter and brighter, easier and easier. It actually says the exact opposite. Yeah. In Matthew11:41 twenty four, let me think. I think it's verse, ten or twelve, where it says that sin will be rampant11:50 Yeah.11:50 Everywhere.11:51 Mhmm.11:52 You know, like what you just mentioned, this this changing the definition of sex and who's... Who and what is a girl and12:04 Yeah.12:05 You know, I...12:18 Now. Exactly.12:19 I look around just like you guys do, and I just think I cannot believe that these are issues. I can't believe... I mean, I feel like people are joking. I feel like they're joking. I feel like, you know, I'm looking for12:31 the the hidden camera that... To catch my expression. Like, there's no way that this is debatable. But as far as a biblical prophecy and end12:43 times, this is exactly what the Lord was talking about. Yes. In Daniel eleven, Matthew twenty four, Mark thirteen, Luke twenty one. These are... We're watching12:55 it unfold. And I I tell you, I will say this, that the battle doesn't get easier, but we get stronger.13:06 Amen. And so, you know, it's very exciting if we can kind of make sense of it all and just say, okay, the world's getting darker and darker, but God, I just thank13:18 you that you put... You could have put me anywhere in the timeline since the world created, but you put me here at this time. Before the Lord comes13:29 back, you put me here. And so, Lord, I'm I'm ready, I'm willing, I'm focused, and and I'm excited to see what you're gonna do and and how I can partner with you13:41 because here's the key, it's the most important thing in my life.13:45 Amen.13:46 And so, yeah, I'm I'm excited about what's happening.13:49 If pastor Frankie... With everything that's going on and... I I mean, like, the Bible talks about, like, having your conscience seared and all of these14:01 things. What is our best... Like, if you were gonna do pastor Frankie Mazepika, you know, warning kit, like, for for the end times, what would you14:13 tell your people?14:16 You know, it's funny you would ask this because I actually talked about it last Sunday. In Romans chapter twelve verse one and two, it says this, in light of his14:28 great mercy, let us offer our bodies as a living sacrifice. Now, here's the answer to your question. Do not copy14:39 the behaviors in the customs of this world.14:43 Mhmm.14:44 You know, but allow the Holy Spirit to transform you by transforming the way you think. I would say, hey, we cannot be a difference if we're the same.14:56 Amen.14:57 We have to be courageous enough to be different. And this is so sometimes it sounds eloquent to say it, like, hey, that's a good preaching point. But God is so firm on15:09 this that in, I think it's second Timothy three five, it says that people will forsake the power that could truly make them holy, and and listen to15:21 this, have nothing to do with these people. They'll have a form of godliness. Yes. Have nothing to do with these people. And so, if I were to15:32 just say one thing to as many people as I possibly could, I would say holiness matters. Mhmm. Being separate from the world matters. Having this, God,15:44 you are everything to me, and I will show you what I believe by my actions. This is critically important, first of all, to your own peace right15:56 now. Amen. Second of all, to your ability to influence the circle around you. And most importantly, holiness determines where you spend eternity. And so the flag and16:08 banner that I would wave is the importance of holiness.16:12 Holiness is such a, like, it's a... It's awesome. You know, do not be conformed to the pattern of the swirl, be transformed, all of those things. What does that look like in real life? Like,16:24 what is different about someone who is walking holy versus someone who's sort of going to church and not really walking in godliness? The fruit.16:36 Yeah. I think it... You know, first of all, it'd be... The the low hanging fruit on the answer to that question would be the way we dress, and the way we16:48 talk, and the way we look, and, you know, all of those things could be the answer to your question. And they they are answers to your question, but the the first step and the mostBiblical Signs of the End Times 16:59 important step is our whole attitude about how we live here.17:06 Mhmm.17:07 To say, I'm on assignment from God right now. This is... I'm on assignment. I... I'm not here for very long. I'm on assignment. And and17:19 when you have that mentality, God wants to use me. When you have that mentality, everything flows out of that. It flows out of the way you talk.17:31 It flows out of the way you talk, think and act. God has me here for a reason. It all starts there. And then when that's your attitude and that's how you're17:43 thinking, you feel the Holy Spirit kinda prick you. Hey, you really need to apologize to that person. You you feel it and you you respond17:55 to it, but it all starts with your attitude and your perspective on why you're here.18:01 Yes. Amen. Hey, pastor Frankie, we're gonna take a quick break and we will be right back. You are watching Grace Grace with Naina and Michelle. Stay right there.18:10 Have you ever wondered if someone was monitoring you, like nefarious tech companies, corrupt federal agencies, or hostile foreign countries? News flash. And, we18:56 have been talking about, really, holiness. And, you know, there's the scripture that says, the19:01 scripture19:01 that says, as Jesus is in the world, so are we. And, you know, we can say that about a lot of things. Like, okay, Jesus isn't, you know, drinking in bars, and Jesus isn't doing these kinds of19:13 chaos things, and, you know, you can name that about everything. You can say Jesus doesn't have cancer and so neither do we. Right? And... But he did leave us with go and do, lay hands on the sick,19:25 greater things will you do, that we are to be doing these things. Right? It's not about us. It's about him interceding on our behalf, you know, with his father, you know, seated up at19:37 the right hand of his father, and we are be... We are with him, and we are to do these things. And so what do you think about that? Like, if if if, you know, to walk in holiness, do you think19:49 that includes a level of all kinds of these signs and wonders? Because for such a time as this, that's like you were saying, we are here now. You know, and so do you believe20:01 that that is what people need to be getting about doing, taking our authority, laying hands, doing these... Is that part of holiness, do you think?20:08 I think it... I think that the miracles that you're talking about is the fruit of holiness.20:16 Amen.20:17 Sometimes I think we we think that we can live any way we want and and still expect to see God move through us. I mean, that is just, I don't know what20:29 kind of theology that is, but it's not biblical theology.20:33 Amen.20:33 You know, God uses the people who are in hot pursuit of him. You know, the... There's a scripture that's coming to mind of people who don't choose20:45 holiness. And and again, I gotta just emphasize, you know, we don't preach it enough, our attitude isn't, passionate enough, but, to20:57 God, it's everything. You know, in Hebrews chapter ten verse, twenty six, listen to this, this is this is amazing. To those who21:09 remain unrighteous after coming to the knowledge of truth, there remains no sacrifice for their sins.21:19 That is the scariest scripture21:20 in the Bible. Wow. Yeah.21:22 Like, after you've come to knowledge of it and you can sit, continue to sin flagrantly, I'm not saying, oh my goodness, I I just, I wish I didn't do that. No no no.21:35 Flagrant. Like this is my life. Mhmm. The blood of the cross don't... Doesn't apply to you.21:42 Yeah. It's like you've nailed him to the cross again. That's what... And your conscience is sincere.21:47 You can't back up and just say I'm gonna go to heaven because of the blood of Jesus in the cross. No. It doesn't apply to you.21:53 Yeah.21:54 I mean, it literally says that.21:56 Don't you think that comes with, like, I think that, like, we have to walk in reverential awe of the Lord in order not to get into that category.22:09 And and that scripture is just the scariest scriptures. Like, lord, never. Don't ever let that happen.22:16 Get away from me. I never knew you. That whole scripture because, you know, that is, you know, the... And then that the roadway to hell is very wide. Right? And then we have the narrow gate. Right? And22:28 that that many will fall away. You know, think about that, that that even the elect will be deceived. This is all coming.22:35 So many churches are not preaching about hell, and it is an address. And we are living, I believe, by the signs of the times that we are living in the last days, and that it is22:47 important that we preach that Jesus loves you. This I know, for the Bible tells me so, and hell is an address. And and we could go there if we reject Jesus. What do you say about22:59 that?23:00 Oh, you know, they, like I said, there's... The the blood doesn't apply to you, if if you don't walk that narrow road. Mhmm. AndThe Critical Importance of Holiness 23:12 again, I I wanna make sure I'm not, you know, sending out condemnation onto anyone. You know, if you're desiring him, if you're longing for him, if23:24 you're pursuing him, but you've got an Achilles heel, and you just kinda keep slipping up in these particular areas. There's a difference between weakness and wickedness.23:36 Amen. Weakness is just, man, God, I just wish I was stronger in this area, will you help me? Wickedness is I don't really care. God, man, you good...23:46 That's a real goal....23:48 Hearing personal theology where people build their theology on the sentence that starts with, well, I just believe. Well, Well, I just23:56 believe. Yeah.23:57 That means you don't know your Bible when everything starts off with, well, I just believe. You can believe whatever you wanna believe, but if you're not living the way God has outlined, we're not gonna24:09 be neighbors in heaven.24:11 Exactly. Well, the devil believes. Right? So there there you go.24:14 Exactly. And if the Bible says it and you don't believe it, the Bible still wins, you know? Yeah.24:21 We are almost out of time again. Look how fast. And so if you could please pray for our viewers and then tell them where they can find your books and, and and where they can find you.24:32 You're you're on TV as well. Your show is televised, so so please tell everybody. And please just pray for our viewers.24:40 I'll I'll talk about that, and then I'll pray.24:42 Okay.24:43 You're right. I got two books. You can get them both on Amazon, Ignite Your Life, Fourteen Things That Happen When You Pray, and Your Accessing24:54 God's Power to Complete Your Assignment. You can't complete your assignment without receiving an endowment of power. It just can't happen. And so I talk about that in your divine invitation.25:07 But I do wanna pray for you because that's the most profitable thing I can do for anyone here. I just speak courage, and I speak faith. We're in such a dark world and the Lord needs you.25:19 And so, I speak courage, I speak faith, into your life and walk in God's anointing, walk in his power, because God believes in you. That's why He chose you.25:30 In Jesus' name.25:32 Amen. Thank you so much. We so enjoyed our time with you. Pastor Frankie, we just pray a blessing over you, that a fresh anointing that whatever you touch will prosper and succeed for the glory25:44 of God, and that, God will just continue to just raise you up, your church up, and just to be a blessing for the nations. Amen.Show more In this video 0:00 Surrendering to God's Plan and Purpose9:20 Enduring Seasons of Preparation16:50 Biblical Signs of the End Times23:10 The Critical Importance of Holiness25:50 Miracles as Fruit of Holiness and Closing Prayer28:30
