Honoring Leaders and Faith in Service 0:04 We are out here at concerns of police survivors Blue Honor Gala, and it's it's National Police Week, which is a, it's such a mixed bag of emotions. You celebrate and honor the fallen and their0:16 sacrifices. You honor the families, but we also honor those who serve and protect every single day. And and 1 of my closest friends, this dude has served for years years. I mean,0:27 I don't know, 50, 60 years. Like Yeah. Thanks. Thanks. I'm not that old.0:31 Artel Cueto, who are you, man?0:33 Thank you very much, man. I really appreciate it. Look. I've I've always, enjoy coming out here, and I think being with you is a big deal. People don't understand everything you do for law enforcement.0:45 Largest, you know, media outlets out there is is through you, so it's important for people to know that. Okay. You know, I retired border patrol. Some people came back and they said, oh, you're you're a former border0:55 patrol agent. I'm not a former border patrol agent. I'm a retired border patrol agent. Former means you were an agent and then you quit for whatever reason, did something else. I didn't quit. I I followed it through. I1:05 finished my career with the United States border patrol. Prior to that, I did work for the state of Arizona, with the state, the prison system. I also did a small stint as a wildland firefighter,1:17 but look, I I'm just proud to be out here for the longest time. I've been the voice of the agents since speaking up. I still do interviews. I'm currently working with the Federation for American Immigration Reform,1:27 helping them out. Obviously, you know, I'm part of law enforcement today, which I enjoy so much. But it all it all comes down to we need to continue to spread the message of what affects law enforcement. And and
1:39 at the same time, this is 1 of the big areas on how you can do it because you got law enforcement from all over the country. You said it best though. It's a mix of emotions. It's either good emotions because, you know,
1:49 you're here and you're running into people that you've seen before. Or at the same time, it's it's it's the emotions of knowing why we're here and we're honoring the fallen, and that's always rough.
2:00 Alright. This week, we filmed with FBI director, Kash Patel. We filmed with border czar Tom Homan, had lunch with him today. We actually brought him out this morning to the wall, and honored the

2:12 fallen with him at the wall. We filmed with Tulsi Gabbard. We filmed with Sarah Carter, Rodney Scott, acting attorney general Todd Blanch. And the 1 thing every single 1 of these interviews had in common was
2:24 every single 1 of these men and women talked about a dedication and and a true love. We saw tears in all of their eyes, man, about honoring the fallen, but about God's hand on this administration and God's hand in law
2:36 enforcement and the way that that God continues to work through each and every man and woman who serve and protect.
2:42 Evil doesn't doesn't sleep. You know, you mentioned a lot of of of the God side of when it comes to law enforcement. That's a big big issue to me, you know, that, I I was out in the field. And 1 of the things that
Brotherhood and Closing Gratitude
2:54 is that was very dear to me, is every time I went out out on the field, I knew the potential was there for me not to come home. I have friends that never made it home. You know, I have a
3:06 classmate that he comes to mind every time I do this that, I mean, I loved him to death. Age Manny Alvarez, he he was an agent in in Casa Grande. We went through the academy together. We were from the same area,
3:17 down in near, Tombstone, Arizona. And just he comes to mind in his family and his kids. So I remember going out on the border before I would leave every day. I would go into my
3:29 daughter's bedroom, and I've shared this story before. And I would ask God to make sure that I made it home that night. And then I would I would lean into her and, you know, you have children. So children have that their
3:41 their hair smells different, their skin. And I would take a deep breath, breathing in and smelling my my child's hair, and I would ask god, if I don't make it home, please make
3:53 sure this is the last thing that runs through my my my mind before I die. And I would did I would do that all the time, and that's the reality of it. You know, when you go out there, you may not make it home. Some of my
4:04 friends haven't made it home, but, I thank I thank God that I was able to be 1 of those that made it home, that was able to make it to retirement. And I'm able to continue to be that voice of the voiceless

4:16 within law enforcement. Kyle, thank you. From the bottom of my heart, you know, you talked about it. I've been a friend of yours for a long time, but I think more importantly, I've been your brother and you've been mine,
4:26 and I wanna thank you for everything.
4:27 I love you,
4:27 man. Thank you.
4:29 Guys, thanks for watching. Thanks for hitting that share button. God bless you all, and God bless America.
