She provides nutrition support and services to athletes looking to enhance their training and performance.  She's worked with professional baseball players and alongside world-class Sport Dietitians in T&F and Swimming at the Olympic Training Center, providing nutrition assessments and consultations with athletes and coaches to aid in training and competition. Additionally, she is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, helping individuals overcome over-, under-, emotional, and restrictive eating.
