I cried out to God. If you had a choice, would you travel first class or economy?1:04 First class.1:05 You sure about that? Yes. Well, that's the title of our1:09 message today. First class or economy for your choice. In a way, it's a way to go.1:09 First class or economy for your choice. In a Yeah. And I, when we first began the church, you know, we kind of did everything, right? And so we are... Of course,1:21 we're running businesses, homeschooling, and lots of stuff going on. And we just struggle, and we just... I struggle, and we're... We're... We're... We're... We're... We're... We're... We're... We're...1:33 We're... We're... We're... We're... We're... We're... We're... It amazing? Sometimes the last resort is prayer.1:45 We gotta flip that around, folks. I mean, within two... I mean, three minutes, the phone rang next to our bed at ten. A girl was on there. I'm sorry to call so late, but the Holy Spirit just said I1:57 need to draw you right now. I am a full time accountant at my company. And the Lord said, you might need some help in2:04 the financial... And the Lord said, you might need some help in the financial... And the Lord said, you might need some help in the financial... And the2:04 Lord said, you might need some help in the financial... And the Lord I'd be willing to help you any way I can. Now, that that lady has been in the church for a while and we had the problem for a while.2:16 I'm talking to you now. We could have taken that thing a lot earlier. It's amazing if you stop and think2:28 about it. How strongly you still lean to the natural side. And you have to consciously think about until you're trained properly by the Spirit of God2:41 to lean to him first. It's interesting. You know Doreen and I travel quite a bit by plane And, tell the story quite a bit because I learned a lot from this story. But we travel2:53 a lot by plane. This particular weekend, I was in LA doing... I did five services. I was tired and I'm coming home to preach and I'm on a red eye flight3:08 about you but I have trouble sleeping on a plane. And so I get on the plane, I called Drinda first and she said, well, you know, get first class. So you can't this line that the list is that long, you3:20 know. Upgrade. And so I got on the plane and set... I think it row twenty one and there was this commotion going on about two rows in front of me and the flight attendant was getting really3:31 frustrated. The window and two aisles... Two rows up was his wife on the aisles. And she's trying to find someone that would switch.3:44 And sit in the to... Yeah. No one wants to sit in the middle on a red eye flight from3:56 California to Ohio. I found that out. I offered... I said, I'll do it. I was in... I was a window. I said, I'll take care. I'll do that. And she seemed relieved and4:08 the couple thanked me and I sat down. Anyone ever flown American, first class, American Airlines? Try it. You'll like it. They give you,4:20 a bowl of warmed up, mixed nuts. How many have points by your credit card and stuff? Points by your credit card. You can upgrade the first class with points. Try it sometime. Anyway, they give you4:32 this bowl of warm nuts. And so she comes out with that warm... I thought, you know, it's nice she brought me that, you know, because I know... I know they get that first class. And she brought it back. So now I thought4:41 that's that's really nice, you know. No one else had the nuts but, you know, she brought them to me just to thank me. But it wasn't long until they served the meal. And here she come with the first class meal. Now that4:52 began to catch attention especially when stuff began to kind of filter through the cabin, right? It's like, I mean, you know, people get hungry at night. Then, you know, it's like...5:05 And you've...... The story before. Seats. These two people here, they got to watch me eat this. Until what? Until later, unexpectedly, she brings out a warmed5:18 chocolate chip cookie. That did it. I mean, you should have seen the heads turn and watch that cookie go by. It's like, oh, that looked5:29 good. Right? And then sitting next between these people, man, eating this chocolate chip cookie. Right? They just said, wait, all right, who are you, right? Who are you?5:41 It's a good question for you to answer, but really, God was doing this really not because of the5:54 began to think about that all the way home because that was amazing. I mean, I... Yeah, I enjoyed the meal, but I knew I knew God did that and he was trying to teach me something6:06 about how I think. And he said this, he said, I'm not an economy God. He says, I'm a first class, first class kingdom. Now, he wasn't saying6:18 that6:30 a6:46 according to human and instincts, as opposed to spiritual. What was he saying? He was saying, Gary, your default is still set6:53 on natural, when I want to train you to put it on spiritual. I see, Gary, your default is still set on6:53 natural, when I want to train you to put it on spiritual. I see, Gary, when I want to train you to put it on spiritual. I said your default still goes to the natural first as7:05 instinct instead of spiritual. He was teaching me. He's trying to catch my attention. Self.The Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation 7:19 I have to learn how to hear and so to you, right?7:44 What? I keep asking. I keep asking. How many would say that must be and... Paul really wanted them to get this or he wouldn't keep asking and asking.7:57 Asking. And asking. And asking. And asking. And asking. And asking. And asking. And asking. And asking. And asking. People are putting up with things they should never put up with. I've given them dominion. I've given9:02 them wisdom and power. I've given them the ability to overcome all things and have victory in every situation. And they're putting up with the opposite. They're putting up with defeat. They're putting up with no answers.9:12 They're putting up with... And so much so that it's become part of their life as natural and normal. He says they need, in9:24 Ephesians one seventeen, make over two. My people are blending into the culture. Can't tell them apart. Then9:38 he9:54 story. The story. The story. The story of the wife, of a man from the9:58 company, the prophets cried cried out. This woman is distraught. Her husband's died. She's a widow. And it says10:10 they're coming. She's telling Elijah this. You know, my husband's died, and now they're the creditors coming to take my two sons to pay the debt off. Well, if you're a widow,10:23 your sons are gonna take care of you. She's distraught. What am I gonna do? I don't have any... You know, I'm... This is a bad situation.10:36 How can I help you? Tell me, what do you have in your house? That is a dumb question. Come on, Fran, that's a dumb question. Isn't it? I mean, obviously,10:50 fix it.10:50 That's why she came to him, right? And that's exactly what you do.11:18 She knows Elijah. I mean, she knows the power of God. She's heard these stories. Here, Elijah's asking what she has. So wouldn't you suspect he has a plan? I mean, if he's asking you,11:29 you came to him, he's a man of God. He has history of miracles, you'd think... Tell me about it. Right. Yes. She's our... There's... There's...11:44 There's... Don't you ever come into agreement with the circumstances, with your words. Don't ever do that. Even if you don't have an answer yet, do not come into agreement and say, Yep. I'm broke. Yep. I don't see anything.14:05 No. I got... Oh, I got stat. Also, I'm gonna ever gonna have. You're... Don't do that. Don't do that. You've just discounted the spirit of God.14:20 Elijah would go around, gather jars. He had a plan. Assessment of her situation. People saw the situation for two perspectives. He14:32 saw it from a kingdom mindset. She saw it from a natural concept. If only we could learn to see what Elisha saw, but we can because you know what, who told Elisha that? Come on, help me14:44 out. Who told Elisha that? Who? Who dwells in you? Oh, guess what? I guess he could tell you the same thing. Anything you see in the Bible can happen today. Well, no. No,14:55 pastor. All this stuff's not multiplying. I'm telling you, everything you see in the Bible can happen today. Everything. Unless you're disconned it beforeWhat Do You Have in Your House? 15:08 you start. And if we could learn, there's a key, learn to see what Elijah sees. Overcome that big lump in the road there, man, because you've been trained for15:20 a long time, and you're going to lean instinctively to the earth realm, the natural realm, the laws of that, until you've got to train yourself. I mean, you've got to stop and think before I open my mouth. I got to make15:31 sure I'm in alignment with what God says. I'm not going to give this thing power over my life. I'm not going to speak life to that disease. I'm not going to speak life to that trouble. No. No. I'm gonna speak life to it15:42 from God's perspective. I'm not gonna give it life by just keep blowing the flames, you know? Keep going. See, Elijah had the plan from the Holy Spirit. He was looking at it through the15:53 lens of possibility. Oh, by the way, the Bible says all things are possible to those that believe. I wonder what that means.16:06 That means there's an answer for your problem today. There's a way out of that thing. There's a way to change things. You're not stuck. Think of a farmer. Farmer has a big bin of seed, right? He sows seed every16:17 year. And so my grandpa would save some seed from the previous harvest to plant the next year. He had a big bin of it.16:30 Say, my goodness. That's not enough seed to buy... To sell and to pay my debt. He doesn't do that. Why? Why doesn't he do that? Because he's16:42 gonna plant that seed and he is totally confident and convinced of the law in the earth realm of planting that seed and it will produce a har... I said it will... I said it will, not maybe.16:54 It will produce a harvest that will be way overshadowed when he has nothing. He'd be stupid. He knows that, you know, that is his answer, not his problem.17:06 That is his answer, not his problem, because he's taken the time to renew his mind to the laws of the kingdom of God.17:47 If anyone lacks wisdom, then17:59 This problem has an answer. I just gotta see it. Yes. The spirit of wisdom and revelation so that you may know him18:11 better. Oh, boy, that's important. That you may know him better. They... I don't think they grasp him. And he... You know, I agree.18:24 You can't really comprehend him totally, but I mean, I don't think they grasp the fact that he made everything they see. They made... He made hit... They made you. He made all things visible andKnowing the Goodness of the Father 18:35 invisible. He is all powerful. He is God who created everything. I think people bring him down to kind of a human a human understanding. Maybe God will fail. You know, maybe18:47 he'll lie to me. You know, because people do that. Maybe God's like them. I mean, maybe I can't really trust God. I mean, I know God said this, but you know what? That.18:59 Paul says this young church, you need to know the father... Father better. You need to know the father, the glorious father. Everything is based on who he is. Makes is19:11 based on who he is. His character, his goodness, everything is... If he's no good, then nothing's no good. If he lies, nothing works. Right?19:21 Right.19:23 So let's... This God we serve. Let's talk about how great he is. Let's talk about... You probably heard the story of these two airmen that were shot down over Iran, right? Not too long19:35 ago. And so one of them, they recovered right away, but the other one was injured and he floated... He was like two kilometers further down. He landed farther away two kilometers from19:47 the other. And he landed right smack in Iranian territory. And he was there.19:51 And he was there. And he was there. And he was there. And he19:52 was there. And he was there. And he was there. And he is supposed to. He treated his own20:04 wounds, climbed up to a high point, and hid in a crevice up there in the mountains. All he had was a sidearm and the Iranian forces you know were searching for him20:16 vigorously. Finding the officer required vast US air support including over a hundred and fifty aircraft, tankers, bombers, along with intense20:28 cyber intelligence capabilities. To buy time and throw off, the Iranian forces, the CIA launched a successful deception campaign spreading word within Iran that the US had20:40 already located and retrieved the airmen. This is why they needed that, Internet, you know, strong capability with this Internet,20:55 And it's two days long. Hundreds of US special operations troops, including navy seals were deployed to retrieve this stranded21:07 officer. US attack aircraft provided cover and bombed Iranian convoys to prevent them from reaching his position. Seal team six commandos21:22 but they got him. They went to a lot of trouble to get him. In fact, that operation cost five hundred million dollars21:56 of it, but you're a citizen in it. How much Yes. How much effort do you think? And then... Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It'd be kitty. It's much bigger than22:08 our government, right?22:09 Yes.22:11 Yeah.22:26 I tell you not even Solomon in all of his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the22:38 fire, what's the next sentence? What's the next phrase? All of you see it? You see it? Write it down, circle it, underline. You see it? How much more will he clothe you?22:50 You have little faith. And there's a problem we have to talk about on our end.23:09 And all that he had. And now...... And now...... And now...... And now...... And now...... And now... His23:29 kingdom. Do you know how far above Solomon's kingdom, God's kingdom is? You've got to be kidding me. That's why I said don't be afraid. You've got to tap into23:40 the spirit of God to win this thing called life. More.
