October 14, 2026 · 56 min

Everybody has an opinion on where America is headed, but a lot of Christians plan to stay home on election day. We take your calls live and ask why, and what the Bible says about it.We walk through why we vote biblical values, why we look at a candidate's platform instead of their offers, and what pastors can say from the pulpit. Then we look at 1 Timothy 2, the lesser of two evils, and what to do if you're thinking of running for office.0:00 Why Christians Are Talking Politics4:20 Vote the Platform, Not the Offer12:58 What Pastors Can Say From the Pulpit19:18 Our Hope Isn't in a Politician25:57 How Few People Actually Show Up30:02 Two Lies Christians Believe About Voting34:03 Is Staying Home Passive Complicity?43:13 Is This a Big Deal?
