God has a future plan for you, even when it feels impossible. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us that every trial has an expiration date. Like Daniel, pray God’s promises with all your heart. He makes roads in the wilderness, opens impossible doors, provides, protects, and removes obstacles. Believe all things are possible with God, and walk into your future with joy!

1:50 there's a big part of you that simply says, I don't know how this gets better. Like I I I... You can see the future you want but you just can't see
2:02 how you're ever gonna get there. And that's how Israel was. I mean, they they had a future they wanted. They wanted to get back to the promised land, which was 800 miles away. They wanted to to go
2:13 back to Jerusalem, to go home. But there was a problem. They were in Babylon, which is modern day Iraq. Right? That's roughly 800 miles that they would have to travel to get there.
2:26 And they weren't tourists so they couldn't just pack up their bags and go. They were actually living under the authority of a foreign empire. The Bible often used the word captivity
2:38 to describe their experience. So God had promised them a future, but from where they were sitting, the future looked impossible too. But I want you to
2:49 understand today that sometimes what looks impossible to you isn't impossible at all. That what looks impossible from where you're standing looks completely
3:01 different from where God is sitting. That your impossible is God's possible. You know, I've got my iPad up here and when I put it very close to my face,
3:13 I can't really see you guys very much. Right. From my perspective, this is everything. But, did everybody in the room disappear? No.
3:25 No. It's what's close to me that's blocking my view of things. And sometimes, your Babylon is so close that you can't see what God can see. Sometimes, all you see is this problem. All you
3:37 see is this issue. All you see is how I feel and and you think this is it. This is life. And God's saying, no, I've got a perspective you don't see. To you, this can't change. But to me, you... This
3:49 is something that's about to change. So come on Jeremiah 29 verse 10. Let's dive into this. This is what
4:01 the Lord says, you will be in Babylon for 70 years. Somebody say 70 years. But then I will come and do
4:13 for you all the good things I have promised and I will bring you home again. Now notice that if you were to back up in the book of Jeremiah and I talked to you about about this
4:25 recently, Jeremiah is not an easy book to read. There's some books of the Bible that's fun to read, you know. And then there's some of you like, man, y'all didn't get it yet? And throughout Jeremiah God keeps saying to
4:36 them if you don't turn around troubles coming and it's chapter after chapter after chapter of God saying Troubles coming Troubles coming. Get it
4:48 right. Get it right. Come on. Come on. And they just didn't do it. They refused to turn back to God. And so finally, trouble came. Jerusalem was destroyed.
5:00 They were taken captive. And so, because of their sin, they have put themselves in a position where they gotta serve a 70 year sentence in Babylon.
5:12 But God lets them know that even this sentence had an expiration date. There's a difference between someone who has been, sentenced to spend
5:24 5 years in prison and someone who's been sentenced to life in prison. When I know it was only gonna be 5 years, every day I wake up knowing I'm a day closer. I know that at some point,
5:36 this thing is gonna end. I'm going back home. When I'm here for life, well, that's it. And that's really what they were dealing with. But they were in a situation where God was saying, hey. There's an expiration date on
5:47 your captivity. And I want you to understand today that some of us have been in a trouble... In trouble for a while. We've been dealing with different situations, and it feels like this is my life, but there's an
5:57 expiration date on your trial as well. There's an expiration date on your trouble as well. In fact, look at, Psalm 30 verse 5.
6:09 It says for his anger is but for a moment. His favor is for life. Weeping may endure for a night,
6:22 but what? But what? Joy comes in the morning. So notice that David wrote this after a time
6:34 of trouble. He had a difficult time, things looked impossible, and then God moved and Psalm 30 is his celebratory Psalm. And he's saying, this is
6:46 where things were and then God moved. This is how I felt and then God moved. And so he... He's testifying that hey, you might find yourself in a moment of weeping. I mean that is some some very
6:58 difficult emotional, experience. Right? That that's when you're very sad. But by the time God gets done you will find that you are shouting for joy. So you'll go from feeling, you
7:10 know, down and hopeless to a place where you are shouting and jumping and and thanking God for what he has done. I'm here to tell you joy comes in the morning. Morning time comes.
7:22 That's the kind of God we serve. So even when it feels like this is impossible, recognize what is impossible to you is possible to God.
7:35 Your impossible is God's possible. Look at Isaiah 43. I remember this. I've seen this commercial many times,
7:47 during football games and it's a Doctor Pepper commercial and they're they take you through the experience of a fan. And so they're they're everybody's kind of, you know, excited because their team is in field goal range
7:58 and you can hear the announcer talking. And then and you can see people excited and then they say, he missed. And everybody's sad. Oh my gosh, no, no. And then he said, but there was a flag and everybody's happy again.
8:10 Yeah, yeah, we can win. And this is sometimes how it is in this life, man. Sometimes, you know, you're excited about the future God has for you, and then bam, all these different things happen. They are not what you
8:21 expected to happen. This is not how you decide... You thought you were gonna feel. But you know what? That is not the end of the story. God is not done with you. God is not gonna leave you there. There's
8:33 gonna be another act to this this this this story here, this movie and it's gonna be 1 where joy has shown up in your life because God made your impossible possible. Well,
8:44 Isaiah 43. Listen, we're just walking through the story of these individuals that God was talking to in Jeremiah 29. I do like something that most of us have heard. Every storm runs out of
8:56 rain. Every storm runs out of rain. Well, Isaiah 43 verse 16. Thus says the Lord who makes a way in the sea
9:09 and a path through the mighty waters. Who brings forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power. They shall lie down together,
9:21 they shall not rise. They are extinguished, they are quenched like a wick. Now what's God talking about? God is pointing to the Exodus.
9:33 Talk about an impossible situation. Israel had been slaves in Egypt, excuse me, for about 400 years. And God sent Moses to get them out. And he
9:45 did. Most of us know the story of the Red Sea and they got to the Red Sea and God told Moses lift up your rod and he lifted up his rod and the Red Sea farted and they walked through the Red Sea. And then when Pharaoh's
9:57 army tried to follow them the Red Sea collapsed on them and they all died. And so he's saying I'm the God that did that. That's a ridiculous, unreal, spectacular
10:09 miracle. And throughout the Old Testament, God constantly would point Israel back to that. Remember I'm the 1 who did this. Remember that I I I part
10:21 of the Red Sea for you, right? Because that is a that's something that marked them as a nation. But here he says in the next verse, do not remember the former
10:32 things nor consider the things of old. Woah. I mean, he's telling you about this amazing miracle that he did and he said, but you know what
10:44 though? I don't even want you to even think about that anymore. As amazing as that was, I'm about to do something else. I I don't want you even looking backward
10:56 anymore because I'm I'm about to give you something new to remember. What's he saying? He says here, behold, I will do a new thing. Somebody say new thing.
11:09 Now it shall spring forth. Shall you not know it? 1 translator says, do you not see it? What's it gonna do? I will even make a road in the wilderness
11:21 and rivers in the desert. I will make a road that literally... Let's imagine a a dense wilderness and then God laying I 75 right
11:33 through it. 2 75 right through it. Because I'm a make a road in the wilderness. I'm a take a desert and cause rivers to be in that desert.
11:45 And here's something you can see about God. You know, God did the 1st miracles to get Israel out of Egypt to get them into the promised land. Now he's talking about the miracles he's gonna do to get them out of Babylon
11:57 to get them back to the promised land. That's what he's talking about. He's saying that what I did for you before to get you out of Egypt is as amazing, but I'm about to do something
12:09 just as impactful so that you can get back to the land just like I promised that you would get back. I'm about to cause there to be roads in the wilderness. I'm about to cause there to be
12:21 rivers in the desert so that you can can return home to the land that you want to be in so you can have the future that you want. And you can see something else about God here as well, that just because he
12:32 did it this way 1 time doesn't mean he's gonna do it that way this time again. That 1 time he'll split the Red Sea and the next time he'll create a sea. Come on now. Are you with me here today? So don't get caught up in,
12:43 oh, God's gotta do it this way. God's got 1000000 ways to get the job done to get you to the future that you want. And that's what God's saying to them. He's telling them, man, I'm about to do something that you have
12:55 not seen before and and and something else that they could really get from this is that if God did it before, you can trust that God will do it again. That their 1st exodus
13:06 exodus was evidence that the 2nd exodus was possible. If God got them out of Egypt and part of the Red Sea, God can get them out of Babylon and and and cause there to be a road in the wilderness
13:19 and rivers in the desert so they can go home. In fact, look at Isaiah 51. Verse 10.
13:33 Are you not the 1 who dried up the sea? The waters of the great deep that made the depths of the sea a road for the redeemed to cross over? We're the same thing. What you talking about? This is God. Aren't
13:45 you the God that caused the Red Sea to part? Yeah. So knows what he says. So the ransomed of the Lord shall return and come to Zion with
13:57 singing. With everlasting joy in their heads, they shall obtain joy and gladness, sorrow and sigh shall flee. Well, Zion is Jerusalem. So what's he saying? You're the God that got them
14:09 out of Egypt. You're the God that parted the Red Sea. You're the same God that that did that and you're the God that's gonna get them home. So he's making the same promise. He's saying, I did this
14:21 before and I will do this again. And you see this throughout scripture. I mean David understood this when he went before King Saul and he he wanted to fight Goliath. And King Saul looks at this teenage boy and he says,
14:32 you can't fight him. What makes you think that you can kill Goliath? And he says, well, the Lord helped me because a lion came against the flock and I was able to kill the lion. And a bear came against the
14:44 flock and I was able to kill the bear. And I know the God that did those things will help me kill Goliath. And we gotta have the same mentality because there are many of us that have seen God do amazing things in our
14:55 past. We've had other impossible situations that God brought us out of. Would anybody agree with me on that? I mean, there were things, some of us, we were told we couldn't have children. Now that child is sitting next
15:06 to you. Some of us were told you're gonna die and you're still sitting here today. Some of us, we didn't see how we'd ever get into our career. And not only are we in it, but God is prospering us. Some of us thought we'd
15:15 be single forever. And now you got that husband or that wife laying in bed next to you. We have seen God do impossible things before, and it's time we have a flashback. Y'all remember flashbacks in TV shows and movies
15:27 where you watch the show and they take it back? We need our own flashbacks sometimes and go, wait a minute. I remember before when it seemed impossible. I remember before when I was weeping at night and God showed up and
Expiration Dates on Trials
15:39 God made a way so that I could get to this place in my life. And the God that did that then is the God that's gonna do that right now. He will make a road in the wilderness. He will make rivers in the desert to
15:51 get me to the future that I want. And he will. Go to Daniel chapter 9. You know something else that really I love about this story is that the book of
16:02 Isaiah was written, these prophecies that I just finished reading to you were written about 200 years before the events of Jeremiah 29.
16:15 So God prophesied about Israel going to Babylon and getting out 200 years before it even happened. God already had a plan to get them out
16:26 before they even went in. God's not surprised by what you find yourself in right now. He's not surprised by what's happening in your family. He's not surprised what's happening in your body or your body or your
16:36 relationships. He's not surprised about what's happening in your ministry. He already knew it. He already planned the way out of it. He's gonna get you to the future you want if you will cooperate with Him.
16:49 His... Your impossible is his possible. Daniel chapter 9
17:01 verse 1. It was the 1st year of the reign of Darius the Mede, the son of Ahasuerus who became king of the Babylonians. During the 1st year of his reign, I, Daniel, learned from reading the word
17:13 of the Lord as revealed to Jeremiah the prophet that Jerusalem must lie desolate for 70 years. Does that sound familiar? So I turned the Lord God and pleaded with
17:25 him in prayer and fasting. I also wore rough burlap and sprinkle myself with ashes. What's happening? This is about 70 years later. God has said to them when they went in, he said you're gonna be there for about
17:37 70 years. And here we are right around the end of that 70 years and Daniel, he pulls out the word of Lord and he sees, wait a minute, God said 70 years.
17:49 It's about that time. So what does he do? He starts to pray. Because if we were to go back to Jeremiah 29, in fact, go back to Jeremiah 29 for a 2nd. We'll go to verse 12. You
18:01 notice what God said in that prophecy. Now most of us focus on verse 11. I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out. I'm a give you the future you long for. I'm taking you back home. But in verse
18:13 12, the Bible goes on to say then, the idea here is after 70 years, you will call upon me and go and pray to me and I will listen to
18:24 you and you will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart. And I will be found of you says the Lord and I will bring you back from your captivity. I will gather
18:36 you from all the nations and from all the places where I've driven you says the Lord. And I will bring you to the place from which I caused you to be carried away captive. So what's he saying? What's gonna cause them to
18:47 actually get out of Babylon and get back to the promised land? Prayer. Says after your 70 year sentence is up, you guys are gonna come
18:59 to me. You're gonna seek search for me with all of your heart, which is what Daniel did. If you read the rest of Daniel, he he prayed this prayer of repentance on behalf of his nation. He prayed a prayer of commitment on
19:11 behalf of his nation. He was the representative that did what Jeremiah 29 said. And because he he he sent... He sought God on behalf of his people, and I'm sure others are doing so as well, there's some
19:23 scripture that points in that direction. God actually stepped in and and and and got them out. And sometimes we think that just because God said something, it's just gonna
19:34 happen automatically. You know, if I gave you a check and I put your name on it and it had 1000000 dollars on it, well thank God you have the check. How many know you got to cash the check? Right. Sometimes prayer
19:46 cashes the check. You got... You you know what God wants to do, but now I gotta get before God and I gotta give birth to this thing in
19:58 prayer. You know, praying the prayer of supplication. In fact Colossians 4 12 says it in this way. It says Epaphras, who was 1 of you, a bondservant of Christ, greets
20:09 you. Always laboring fervently for you in prayers. That you may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. We just taught a little bit on
20:21 this during our 21 days of prayer and we learned that all the will of God includes the future you want. Whatever is the will of God for your life fits in the convert that the statement
20:33 all the will of God. That's not only what you should do but what you are experiencing. And so Epaphras who was the pastor of this church was laboring fervently for them in prayer.
20:45 If you study the words there, the idea is actually of giving birth. Well giving birth, that's a process that takes some time. I know all the mothers know about that. Right? Amen. I mean I still... I
20:57 was hanging out with my family, I guess it was around my birthday and, you know, had a signature birthday this year and my dad decided to to recount what happened on the day I was born. Anybody else's parents
21:09 do that? Yes, we were... My birthday is on July 4th and so the the country was celebrating its 200th anniversary and my parents weren't enjoying that because they were in the hospital. And he was telling me how
21:20 many hours they were in the hospital, you know, and my mom was giving birth to me. And I'm thinking well, you know, I'm the best gift you'll ever receive. It's an old joke. So you
21:32 understand giving birth takes time, right? And he... That's what he's saying and this guy was giving birth to them standing in all the will of God which includes living the future that God have for them, the
21:44 future that they wanted. And you got to do the same thing concerning your family. You've got to do the same thing concerning your business or whatever area of your life that you feel like I'm not there yet in.
21:56 So part of the way you get there, part of the way you lay the road to it is by giving birth to it in prayer. You got to pray this thing out. My dad likes to say this. He
22:08 says every success is a prayer success 1st. So it's not good enough to say this is the future I want. I would ask have you spent any time in prayer for it? Have you
22:19 prayed for it? And it might be a different type, there are different types of prayer. I won't teach on that right now. But have you gone before God and sought his face so that I can get from where I am to where I want
22:31 to be? Alright. Now it's getting quiet in this church now. Amen. Oh, see, because Daniel saw the promise from God and then he prayed so it will come to pass. And we gotta do the same thing. We know
22:43 what God is promising us and what he said to them is similar to what he said to us. I'm gonna give you the future you long for. Right? Well, I gotta I gotta get before God and and start praying what he said. I gotta
22:54 start praying so that what he said comes to pass in my life because as I pray, I'll find that my impossible is God's possible. Alright. Go to Ezra chapter 1. So what happened to these people?
23:06 So we've learned that they went into captivity, but God said you you're not gonna stay there forever. You're coming out after 70 years. We learned that he told them 200 years before
23:18 this was gonna happen and that he was gonna do something as miraculous with them as he did with their ancestors when they can left Egypt. Right? They're gonna have... This is gonna cause there to be a road in the
23:29 wilderness and rivers in the desert. We learned that Daniel recognized after about 70 years this is the time and he began to pray. And without going too deep into it, we can go walk, we can walk through scripture
23:41 on this, but we only have so much time. What Daniel prayed came to pass. God had said that Babylon would fall. And right around the time that Daniel start praying
23:53 that Babylon fell. Just like God said. They were taken over by the Mede Persian Empire. And so and and and Daniel we read that the Bible said that Daniel
24:05 said that really at the in the 1st year of the me Persian Empire is when when he started praying about this. So he really started praying about this after that fall it happened. And so now in
24:17 Ezra chapter 1, I want you to notice what happened. In the 1st year of King Cyrus of Persia,
24:30 the Lord fulfilled the prophecy he had given through Jeremiah. Uh-oh, he fulfilled it. Anybody glad God does what he says he's gonna do? How did he do it? This is how he
24:42 did it. He stirred the heart of Cyrus. He stirred the heart. The idea of stirred here, it means to open the eyes,
24:54 to wake up. He he got can deal directly with people's hearts where they are blind. He can cause them to see when you pray for
25:06 it. So he did. He stirred the heart of Cyrus to put this proclamation in writing and to send it throughout his kingdom. And this is what King Cyrus of Persia says, the Lord
25:18 the God of heaven has given me all the kingdoms of the earth and he has appointed me to build him a temple at Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Woah. Cyrus is not a righteous king.
25:30 He's not somebody that knows God. At least not at 1st. But if we wanna get... Y'all wanna get a little deeper with me on this for a moment. Go go to before for a 2nd. Remember I mentioned to you the book of Isaiah was
25:41 written about 2... This this was written about 200 years before what we're reading about now in Ezra. God prophesied this. And notice what God said through Isaiah in verse 28.
25:53 When I say of Cyrus, he is my shepherd. He will certainly do as I say. He will command rebuild Jerusalem. He will
26:05 say restore the temple. So we're talking 200 years before Cyrus ever did this, God prophesied and not just in this scripture but in chapter 45 as well that Cyrus
26:16 would 1 day rule and God would put on this man's heart to rebuild Jerusalem, to restore the temple, to release the captives. And let Israel or
26:28 Judah in this case go home. And if if we were to go deeper on this, we find out that God was really working on this man. In fact, we can go a step further. God actually calls the man to
26:40 have success. He said here, I am ruling the whole world. How did he get there? God prospered everything this man put to put his hand to for this moment. God knew that
26:52 Cyrus would listen to him. So God made Cyrus successful on the battlefield. God put him in this position of authority just because he wanted Cyrus to be the person that will let his people
27:03 go. I don't know if I lost y'all on that. I I get you? Alright. So so if you go back to to Ezra chapter 1,
27:17 you can see that Cyrus is saying, you know, hey, Hey. I I I've got this on my heart and I have to say, you know, the people, in Babylon had to be thinking how in the world is God gonna do this prophecy? How we ever gonna
27:28 get there? And at the same time, they're thinking that God was working on Cyrus. Some of you, that's where you are. How is God gonna do this? But God is already working on it. God's already talking to somebody. God's
27:38 already opening door. God's already doing the impossible. And so here... And and and we go back to Ezra. He says, any of you who are his people may go to Jerusalem and Judah to rebuild this temple of the Lord, the God of
27:50 Israel who lives in Jerusalem. And may your God be with you. Wherever this Jewish remnant is found, let their neighbors contribute toward their expenses by giving them silver and
28:02 gold. Supplies for the journey and livestock as well as a voluntary offering for the temple of God in Jerusalem. So not only did God have Cyrus say, you all can go
28:13 home, but God had them go home with something. Does that sound familiar? Anybody know the Exodus story? They didn't just leave, they left with silver and gold. God
28:25 does the exact same thing. He opens what seemed to be an impossible door. I'm gonna get some help. Help me out here, Andre, if you would, for a 2nd. How is this relevant
28:37 to me? Because often to get from where you are to where you want to go, something impossible has to happen. You've got an impossible
28:49 door. And so usually what happens is that you can't open the door. You know, you... I can't make them do this. I can't get this business to take off. I can't get this
29:00 ministry to take off. I can't I can't deal with this health issue. I can't... This is why it looks impossible to you. Because you're on this side and what you want is on the other side. And
29:12 you can't get there, but you serve a God who's able to walk on in, go ahead and open the door, and he can open a door for you and then you can just walk through the door.
29:25 And to the future God has for you. That's... And and that's what God did for them. Thank you so much. God actually opened an impossible door. Why would an empire suddenly decide
God Does New Things
29:37 to send people back to a wasteland like Jerusalem? Why would the king of a... Of the of the empire of the entire known world just decide 1 day,
29:49 you know what? God just told me to build a temple in Jerusalem. What's going on here? God moved. And I'm here to tell you that God is an expert
30:01 at doing the impossible. And if there's anything I want you to get out of this message is is to believe him for the impossible. I realize how it looks. I realize how it feels. I realize you may not
30:12 see how to get there, but you serve a God who can open the door. The Bible says he is able to do exceeding, abundantly, above all that you can ask or you can even think.
30:24 God is able to do it. I'm a say it again. God is able to do it. But pastor, God is able to do it. He set this up 200
30:36 years before it happened. He's not surprised about what you're in right now. Before you had a problem, God had an answer. Your impossible is God's
30:48 possible. Good Isaiah 48. Somebody turn to him and tell him you're impossible
31:00 It's God's possible. Turn to somebody and tell them, impossible? Nah. Oh, you're gonna find somebody and sell them. Impossible? Nah.
31:12 Why is it not possible? Impossible, because we serve a God who is able to do the impossible, who will part the Red Sea for you, who will put a road in the middle of your wilderness, who will put rivers in your desert. We
31:24 serve a God who is, who wants to make sure you get to the future you long for. Isaiah 48
31:36 verse 20. He's still talking about the same story. Well, I'm gonna tell you for those bible students here, this is a fascinating study. We often talk a lot
31:48 about Israel getting out of Egypt. We talk about the 1st exodus. Everybody's heard about that. Hardly no 1 talks about the 2nd Exodus. And it's all throughout the Bible. God
31:59 didn't just get them out of Egypt and get them home. God got them out of Babylon and got them home. And just like he did miracles getting them out of Egypt, he did miracles getting them out of
32:11 Babylon. In fact, in Isaiah 48, God prophesied what was happening here again. He's 200 years before. He said, go forth from Babylon. Flee from the Chaldeans.
32:23 With the voice of singing, declare and proclaim this. Utter it to the end of the earth. Say the Lord has redeemed his servant Jacob. What's he saying? Testify. Tell this
32:35 story of how I got you out of Babylon. Let people know about how good I have been to you. And then notice what he says about the journey because God opened the
32:46 door, but they still had a 800 mile journey home. That wasn't directly 800 miles. It's... I think it's more like 3 or 400 if you went
32:58 straight. But surely in those times, even now, you had you couldn't just go straight. You had to go all around all kinds of stuff. It's a 800 mile journey. And this is a journey that could
33:10 be tough. And in fact, if we were to look at Ezra later on, he took this journey. He led the people and praying to God
33:22 so that the journey would be a safe 1. So that the journey would be a prosperous 1 because they needed God to make that happen. Well notice what God said would happen for them on their journey there.
33:33 And and and they did not thirst when he let them through the deserts. He caused the water to flow from the rock for them.
33:46 He also split the rock and the waters gushed out. If you read Isaiah 35 verse 5 through 10, he talks about then the eyes of the blind shall be opened and the
33:58 ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then the lame shall leap like a deer and the tongue of the dumb will sing. Well, did that happen on that journey? We can't say for sure. We can't say for sure it didn't happen.
Prayer Releases God's Promise
34:09 Because when God brought them out of Egypt, everybody that was sick was healed. But notice the rest of this. For water shall burst forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert.
34:21 The parched ground shall become a pool and the thirsty land springs of water and the habitation of jackals where each lay. There should be grass with reeds and rushes. A highway shall be there and a road. It
34:33 should be called the highway of holiness and the unclean shall not pass over it, but it shall be for others. Whoever walks the road, although a fool shall not go astray, no lion shall be there nor shall any ravenous
34:45 beast go on it. It should not be found there, but the redeemed shall walk there and the ransom of the Lord shall return and come to Zion with singing. What's he saying? There's a lot in that. What's he telling them? He's
34:57 telling them that when they go, and this is what actually happened, God was gonna do 4 things. God was gonna lead the way and he did. Isaiah 42 talks about they didn't know the way even to get there, but he
35:08 led them. God was gonna provide for them. We already read about how silver and gold was given to them. God provided water for them on this journey. God provided food for them on this journey. God made sure that they did
35:20 not lack. Number 3, God will remove obstacles. That's where he talks about, I'm a make a road in the wilderness. I'll make a river in the desert. He talks about flattening mountains. He said, I'm a do whatever I have to
35:31 do to get you to this place. And number 4, God protected them. It didn't matter what obstacles were out there, what enemies were out there. God made sure that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. And I'm here to
35:43 tell you today that just like God did that for them, God's gonna do that for you. God is gonna lead you. God's gonna provide for you. God's gonna move obstacles that are in your way. God's gonna protect you.
35:54 You are on a journey to the future that you want and God is gonna get you there because your impossible is his possible. So Psalm 1 26. How did this
36:06 journey end for them? How's it gonna end for you? You know, we talked about this last week by the way. If you use your phone and you're trying to get to a destination, you've got, you know, where you are. You've got the
36:18 destination of where you're going, but you still gotta travel to get there. And what God has said to the... Said to them and what God is saying to us is, okay, I see where you are and I see where you're going, but I'm a
36:29 take you there myself. God's gonna take you there himself. God's gonna make this happen for you. God's gonna make this work for you. Now you have a part to play in all this. We're gonna spend in this couple weeks diving
36:39 into our part, but I just want you to understand what God is able and willing to do for you so that you can get to the future that you want, the future that he has for you. And he he he is
36:51 someone who is right by your side, able and willing to make a way for you. Able and willing to protect you. Able and willing to make sure that you actually
37:02 experience the future that you want. I I think, in fact, let me read Psalm 1 26 and verse 1. Somebody turn even tell me impossible. Nah.
37:15 Yes. It's not impossible. I know, I know, this message, I was getting ready to preach it and Lord's talking to me because I've got some areas that I look at it and go, this is impossible. And I started studying this and
37:26 saying, wait a minute. It's not impossible. God can do that. I know my head is saying, no, I'm very analytical by nature. And so I just... I I will look at look at all
37:38 the facts and then I'll rearrange the facts and look at them again. Then I'll rearrange and look at me. Anybody else like that like I am? I'm... I've looked at this from every angle. I've had multiple conversations.
37:47 There's nothing that can be done. And God will help me see. No. If it's impossible, it's not. Impossible? Nah. God can do this. I may not see
37:59 it, but I'm just like this right now. But God can see it. When you're in the middle of a storm, all you see is rain. But somebody with radar sees the edge of
38:11 the storm. They know all that storm's about to pass through. And sometimes, some of us, we're sitting in the middle of the storm, but God's the 1 with radar. He's saying, oh, there's an expiration date on this. We... At
38:23 the top of the year, Lord had me deliver a message to the church, and that was that this was a year of a divine reset. And 1 of the things he had me to say is that your days of suffering are over. And and I've beenShow more
