Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, sometimes moments are so painful that I want to run from them. I want to ignore or hide my difficult days. But this just closes off my heart and hardens it. So instead, I choose to trust and put my faith in you, knowing that with you beside me, I can endure anything. I know I can share all my struggles, heartaches, and pain with you. And you will still love me, accept me, and comfort me. Thank you for remaining steadfast and true. Thank you, Lord. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
