Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, You are the great example of humility and selfless love. You showed us that the path to true greatness lies in serving others. As Your humble servant, help me to put aside my own ambitions and desires. Let me never think myself too important or too busy for the needs of others. May I never seek to be served, but rather to serve with love and kindness. Order my steps as I step outside myself to help those in need around me. Let me walk humbly without pride or arrogance, ever mindful of Your word and Your perfect example of service. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen
