When was the last time you made a decision that looked right on paper but still left you with regret? In Isaiah 30, Judah was facing a real threat. Assyria was coming, so they turned to Egypt for protection. It made sense strategically, but God called it rebellion because they looked for help there before they looked to Him.In God, My Helper, Pastor Kap Chatfield unpacks the difference between what’s smart and what’s wise, what James 3 teaches about worldly wisdom, and how easily we can start depending on something else before we depend on God.If you’re carrying a decision you wish you could change, or trying to figure out where to turn next, this message is for you.
