Anxiety feels awful. It has the potential to consume your mind, isolate you from others, and prevent you from living out your purpose. Anxiety can stem from feeling out of control and believing you need to do everything yourself. However, as strong as these emotions may be, they need not hold power over you. You can overcome anxiety because God is the One in control, and He cares for you. He is always present, and He listens to you. Ask Him to bring resolution to your conflict and peace to all areas of your life. Continually submit yourself to Him and know that He always works everything for your good and His glory.
