## Written prayer

Oh Lord, I come to you thirsty and weary. My soul longs for the refreshing waters of your grace, like a dry land longing for rain. I seek shelter in your loving arms, like those who find rest in the depths of a cool, dark well. Restore my brokenness, fill me with hope, and draw me closer to You.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
