## Written prayer

My Father and My God, thank You for Your grace and mercies. Please help me to surrender to You completely tonight. Please help me to let go of any negative thoughts that do not serve me. Please remind me that You are by my side tonight to help me rest and relax. Allow my thoughts to be calm and my body to rest so that I can sleep soundly tonight. May Your love protect me as I sleep tonight so that I can wake up tomorrow with a renewed spirit. Amen.
