# Global Prayer on Romans 6:12-13

> Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

## Written prayer

Lord, you cleansed me with the blood of Jesus and washed away the filth of my old sinful nature. I no longer have to be seduced by the lust of my past life and yield my body over to sin. I have been crucified with Christ and born a new. My body belongs to you Lord, and I yield it willingly as an instrument of righteousness for good works unto God. It is my honor to serve you, and allow you to rule over my heart and live your life through me. The more I yield to righteousness, the stronger I become, and the more separated I am from sin. I enjoy living in harmony with the peace of God. Amen.
