## Written prayer

Dear God, thank You for being the only true source of comfort and help when I am in need. Allow me to fully surrender to You tonight. There are times when I try to control certain outcomes by researching what the right answer might be. I will ask for advice or seek approval from family and friends during times of doubt. Please remind me that the right answer comes through prayer and not from making a list of pros and cons. Let my mind be calm and allow my thoughts to rest in Your Word when I seek to control things myself. I know that anything is possible by through nightly prayer and my abounding trust in You. Amen.
