## Written prayer

Lord, I need to put your word into practice, or I am deceiving myself. If I hear your word and do nothing to implement it in my life, I’ll never change. It is easier to talk the talk rather than walk the walk. Implementation requires an effort on my part to do what your word requires.  Each time I surrender to your truth I grow stronger. When I choose to act on your word I am crucifying my flesh and choosing life in the Spirit. That is where my freedom is – that is how I grow spiritually and emotionally mature. Thank you for helping me to not deceive myself. Amen.
