## Written prayer

Dear Lord, I confess to sometimes being overcome with fear and anxiety. I can find myself paralyzed and unable to move forward. But you, O God, are rich with mercy and grace. You give me your Spirit and the strength to endure despite my fears. Give me power, love, and self-control to face any difficulty with poise and purpose.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
