## Written prayer

Loving father, make me sensitive to all those around me today. You never designed us to be alone. You saw that Adam was alone and it wasn’t good so you made a wife for him. Everyone is carrying some kind of burden and many bear these burdens in silence. Open my spiritual eyes and ears to hear what words are not saying. Lead me to the people who need their burdens lifted and their joys shared. Let me be a reflection of your love as I seek to bring comfort and joy to those in need of a special touch of heaven. You know the needs they are facing and the unspoken concerns of their hearts. Give me your wisdom so I know what to say that will give them hope in the midst of what they are facing. Encourage their hearts Lord Jesus, and surround them with your presence and peace. Open their hearts and overflow their needs with your grace so they can receive your love and be refreshed. You are the tender father of mercy and compassion and desire to share the joys and heartaches of your children. Draw near Lord, and reveal your fathers heart that we might delight in you. In Jesus name, amen.
