## Written prayer

Dear Lord, We thank you for the privilege of hearing Your word. You have not kept Yourself hidden from us. You have called out to us and revealed Yourself to us. Open our eyes and ears to fully embrace Your word and wisdom. Help us to appreciate the precious gift of Your revelation, which many longed for but did not receive. May we never take for granted the wonders of Your teachings and the depth of Your love. Guide us to live in a way that honors this great blessing.
