## Written prayer

Lord, I praise you and want to always remember the great works you have done throughout my life. I want to keep your wonderful testimonies in the forefront of my mind so I can share them with others. I know they will inspire others when they hear of your faithfulness and loving kindness in the midst of my difficulties. I pray the joy of my salvation will spill over and infect all those around me. Embed your truth and compassion in their lives and cause my life to be a witness of your awesome presence in times of trouble. I pray your testimonies will never be forgotten and shared from generation to generation. Your presence was always leading and guiding Israel to their promised destination. I thank you for your word that is filled with your great exploits on behalf of your people. It also speaks of how foolish many of the people were and what it cost them when they didn’t trust you. Don’t let me be one of those who gets side tracked by the things of this world and forgets your greatness. You are to be praised and exalted. I love you my benevolent King, and fear your awesome power and holiness. Make me a living testimony of your goodness for others to see. Continue to strengthen the faith of those I leave behind so they will carry the hope and love in their hearts to others. In Jesus name, amen.
