## Written prayer

Dear God, I take all of my worries to You today. When I find myself overwhelmed or if I become anxious, I will pray. When I become upset or angry with myself, family, friends, or strangers, I will pray. Allow Your grace, strength, insight, and wisdom to shine through me during every trial and tribulation. Amen.
